CTAP Outreach

The Outreach Specialists who work throughout California are primarily responsible for educating the public about our program. They are available for presentations and equipment displays for conferences, support group meetings and other events. Presentations are provided to educate the public about the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP), its equipment and services component (California Telephone Access Program or CTAP) as well as relay (California Relay Service or CRS) and its features.
